to less than 100g per day without your daily meals consisting of pure protein shakes???
Seriously! Take a look at my typical day:
Meals:
1. Myoplex in water.
2. 1l of Skim Milk
3. Tuna sandwich
4. Protein bar (Lean Body or U-Turn)
5. Chicken breast and 2 drumsticks with rice and some lettuce.
I try to get 6 meals a day, but I honestly don't know what else to eat that will give me enough protein.
Just make an estimate of the above, and it will be something like this:
Meals:
1. 42g protein / 23g carbs
2. 30g / 25g
3. 25g / 50g
4. 30g / 30g
5. 25g / 70g
The bars might not even have the protein they say, but I just eat them because there's nothing else.
Honest to goodness the only protein shakes I can drink are the Myoplex and the Lean Body shakes. Everything else makes me sick.
So how do you do it? If I wanted to get less than 100g of carbs daily, the only way to do it is to drink only protein shakes, or eat only meat all day long!
I couldn't stand doing that more than 2 weeks, not to mention the price of what it would cost me to do that.
