Really low calorie if your cutting and get a craving. You can make it with carb countdown chocolate milk for more of a "chocolate cheesecake" flavor.
1 small pack of fat free sugar free cheesecake jello pudding
2 cups carb countdown fat free milk or 2 cups cottage cheese or 50/50 milk/cottage cheese depending on how you like the texture.
4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
1 scoop whey
blend everything except the cream cheese in a blender
Soften cream cheese in microwave for 20-30 seconds
Mix in cream cheese
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings
Each serving:
70 cals, 1/2 g fat, 6 g carbs, 9 g protein
Good topping: Blueberries, blackberries, rasberries in a pan with some spray on pam and splenda. Heat and top onto cheesecake.
