I started using Thermorexin about three weeks ago. After reading that one should take in about 150 grams of carbs/day with this stuff, I started to eat more fresh fruits. Are these a bad source of carbs, and if so, what would you recommend? I don't really feel like I am seeing any progress at all after three weeks and I have been doing lifting one day, cardio the next every morning first thing when I wake up. I take two caps of Thermorexin with every of my "main" meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I used to use the original version of NYC and got excellent results.
