Anything you'd eat at home... only insert into tupperware.

Here is a few ideas that I use:

We're all eating chicken right? We're all looking for new ways to enjoy our chichen, because after a month, it all starts to taste the same, right? Ever miss eating fried chicken? FRIED CHICKEN CUTLETS-Take a few boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and pound them flat. Take some wheat germ and add some italian seasoning to it, pepper, and a little parm. cheese. coat your chix in the wheat germ and saute in a small amount of olive oil. These are great hot, cold, by themselves, with pasta or rice, in a wrap, on a salad.

I dropped this idea in anther post some where along here but it is a good idea so I will pass it on again. FOIL WRAPS-Grab a sheet of heavy duty tin foil, sprinkle some olive oil on the foil, lay down a layer of cabbage, on top of that lay down a layer of potatos (regular or sweet), on top of that, lay down a layer of your favorite veggies (broc, califlower, green beans, carrots, corn, whatever you like) throw in a layer of spinich and then add your favorite meat (chix, beef, pork or fish). Season it with what ever seasonings you like (Mrs Dash has some great flavor combos). Then add some liquid (Whatever you like as a marinade-I use italian dressing). Seal up the foil and grill on a 400-500 degree grill for 20 minutes.

The good thing with the foil packs is you can make a bunch of them at once, using different veg/meat/season/marinades so you can eat them everyday and not get tired of them. Cook five different ones up and after they cool, store in some tupperware. You have a different, delicious, healthy meal for everyday of the week.

I hope this helps. I have a ton of recipes (I used to own a restaurant) so if you want more, just send me a message. Good luck and ENJOY!

Do you want to heat up your food? Or can you?

Sweet potato & chicken is good cold or at room temp & so is brown rice/veggies/salsa/chicken (or tuna).......
