First cycle advice

Hey everyone...

I just started my first cycle and wanted to get some opinions on it.

I am 5'8"..120lb...prob 16-17% bf and female.

I am doing 1iu of HGH.
10 mg of Anavar.
All M-F.
Starting 10 mg of Winstrol on 4th week. Going 10 weeks total.

I lift M-F one body part a day and the cardio on weekends.

Diet:
Bfast 830 eggs scramble with veggies and a piece of bacon.
Snack 1130 mixed unsalted nuts
Lunch 1 burger beef party or chicken breast with veggies and salad with vinegar and oil.
Snack before gym mixed unsalted nuts.
After gym whey protein shake
Dinner fish with veggies (sometimes sweet potatoes)

I stay away from excess sodium and do not eat anything sweet (except occasional sweet potatoes).

What results should I get?
Am I eating enough?
Any supplements to start....I was thinking green tea, milk thistle, maybe?

Any advice would be great.

Why is it that ppl START their cycles and THEN want US to criticize it. The whole idea is to have the input PRIOR to starting it.
Plz post your previous experience with aas.

I am mainly just asking if my diet is correct or what changes I can make. Also... as I stated...this is my first cycle, but am around many people who have used AAS for 20+ years.
 
First off, if it's your first cycle why are you using multiple things? First cycles should ALWAYS be one drug!
How will you know what your reacting to when (not a matter of IF, this will happen) sides start to appear?
And second, why would you do all that Monday through Friday? Anavar should be taken every 8 hours. And winny depending on if it's injectable or oral and dosage should be taken every day/every other
How many calories are you eating? What do your macros look like? From what you posted it looks really low. You need to EAT to build muscle.
Whoever told you to run this cycle doesn't know what they're doing as far as females and cycling goes.
Drop winny, take anavar every day every 8-10 hours. Keep it at 10mgs a day max for first cycle.
And you will probably retain water from the HGH. It also needs to be run a minimum of 6 months to see results.

What results do you want? If your bodyfat is that low you are already in a good place. Most women would die for 16% bf. What are your goals for running this cycle?

I, personally, wouldn't jump on the roids without having my diet completely in check. You SHOULD know how many calories you are eating in day. At a glance, your diet looks on the low side for calories. Even with low calories, you WILL gain weight running var/ winny!

Var should be run constantly...don't take the weekends off. Winny is a mistake period. One thing at a time. Sides don't show up till the 4-6-8 week mark and you won't know what is causing what. Winny is harsh and will produce more sides.

And to be blunt....GH is insane at your age. 1IU/ day won't do much for you and there's absolutely NO reason to be running it. It's a waste of money and you are young, apparently in good shape, so why would you run it?? What are the reasons?? If the reason is because someone in the gym told you that you should because it'll help you gain muscle and lose fat, it's just WRONG!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS....do your research FIRST!!
 
The reason I am running this cycle is to build muscle...and the reason I am doing it so young is that it will be permanent and stick with me the rest of my life. Also, I'm looking to shred that thin layer of fat between my skin and muscle...aka why I'm doing winney.

To answer everyone's question...I'm taking HGH more for the side effects...meaning better skin, skin elasticity, sleeping habits, mood,etc.
I am at the age where my skin is extremely sensitive and so I got on Sermorelin last year and my skin cleared up tremendously. Since starting to work out more and more... the price and side for HGH seemed to be the best fit...because sermorelin is just the first twenty or so peptides compared to HGHs amino chain.

My diet...well, I eat the healthiest possible. No grains, breads, sugars, etc. I was just wondering how much I should be eating in order to build plus shred.

I know people think I'm young but I know what I am talking about... I've done my research.

Also, my other question was about supplementation. Any recomendations?

Here's the thing though...try to keep an open mind. The muscle gains are NOT permanent. My first cycle I gained 17 lbs - kept 12 lbs. Muscle just doesn't go away and you can maintain some of it but it's not a given that you just have it forever. Winny will NOT shred fat. It just doesn't. It's not how the science of it works. Fat loss comes from diet and exercise and it's 80% diet. Winny will harden your muscle and give you the appearance of being "hard" and "lean" but it doesn't cut fat.

Regarding HGH...the other side effects are increased growth...of everything! including organs and tissues. Obviously, you have made your decisions but as someone significantly older and also someone who has done a lot of research and has some life experience...it's not a wise move. And at 1iu a day, it's just not going to have the impact you want. There are far better options and cheaper. The AAS is going to cause your skin lots of problems. Oily, break outs etc...especially if you combine winny and var.

Eating healthy isn't enough. You need to count those calories. Especially messing around with drugs. There is info online about how to figure out what your count should be based on your stats and your activity level. I do believe everyone has the right to make their own decisions but if I was your trainer, you wouldn't touch a steroid until you could plan and follow a strict eating plan.

I would suggest to you and I'm honestly not trying to be rude but trying to save you from yourself...you are misinformed in some of your information and I think you should spend your time researching diet/ nutrition/ training programs. Milk thistle or some type of liver support is essential.

If nothing else, keep a journal of your sides, your intake, your exercise. If you start to experience negative sides and you WILL...log them and don't push it. With var and winny you should expect to see some significant side effects. Likely not until the 8-10 week mark. If your voice starts to crack or you feel like you have a sore throat, you need to stop it immediately.
