OHP: 65x5x5. 100x5
Deadlifts: 95x5 95x5. 120x5x2
Dips: 3x15
Trap was hurting from the way I slept or something so thought squats were gonna hurt but all good once I started lifting , just had to up OHP for last one so I actually worked out shoulders haha , 65 is soo easy lol , good workout .. 2 days off now :-/.. Looking forward to Monday to bust it out haha.. O and I m gonna do dips on this workout and pull ups on other one now to work out muscles a bit more : weight is still 185 , havent lose any gains yet off cycle , been 2 weeks now : dbol only cycle hasn't let me down yet haha , still won't ever do it again though lol
