Dieting, specific advice needed

Been dieting for 9 weeks now, feeling good.
I'm 24, 6 foot, 174lbs, about 12% bf, goal 10%bf

Diet
Low carbs monday to friday
1850kcal
210g protein
80g carbs (some days as low as 50g)
75g fats (about)

Training:
Monday/weds/fri/sat Weights 45 min + 25min cardio after
Splitting body parts up
Tues/thurs/sunday cardio morninig 45-55 minutes

Supplement:
500mg Test ent (5th week)
40mg winstrol oral per day (5th week)
1200mg green tea
Yohimburn ES (10 pumps per day)
AIFM (2 pumps per day)
Thermorexin 3 per day

Any thing extra i can do to lose that extra 2%?
How high should i go on high carb days?

All suggestions welcome,cheers.

ADD ON:
Higher carb day sat, ate to much had about 3000kcal, ok choices just high quanities, i.e. bbq chicken, salad and rolls.
Sunday was simular had about 2800 calories, no fast food, but did have a bacon roll.

Anyway i went from 176lbs friday (felt depleted) down to 172lbs when i was high carbing it, felt fuller but did train 4 times over the weekend.
Back to lower carbs monday, 80g 1900 total caloires, weighed myself monday night my usual day and time and i was back to 176lbs- Strange

Any ideas will be massively welcome
 
weight gain is water weight, however, i dont understand why its gaining on your lower carb days, thats when I have the least water retention..
