I've been trying to maintain about 350g of protein with only 30% fat but that becomes difficult due to the high prices of Filet Mignon and 95% lean beef. Plus protein shakes up the ass(not literally). Being at/around 16% bodyfat, wouldn't all this consumption aid in bodyfat increase? I would like to stay at 16% at most while trying to gain muscle. What would happen if I dropped my calorie intake to 2500 calories and 250g of protein, will the cyp be less effective - first two weeks at 400mg, next will be 600mg for 3 and then 400mg for 2 and then 200mg for the last two. I will eventually cycle in some anti-estrogens or some provirone for the last 4 weeks. I'm asking this because I feel so filled out, hard, but still filled out(not bloated, more like fatter).
