Haha funny you say consistencies.
Sunday was Easter so lots of carbs and sugar at family event. Did not meal prep on Sunday like normal. Monday and Tuesday works got out of control so I didn’t eat full amounts of food. Then dad went In hospital Tuesday eve.
Life got in the way. Woke up today (wed) at 197 lbs. hopefully I can meal prep tonight.
Todays lunch will be simple. Cream of wheat (made with less water so a rice consistency)
And couple tuna creation packages.
Breakfast will be fine 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites,turkey sausage, little cheese and salsa. Banana for a snack.
