stats 6'1" 185 9% bf.
what do you think of this to get down to 7%. currently on low fat mod carb high protein, thinkiing of changing to this.

2300 cals.
breakdown: 50-pro 30-fat 20-carbs
protein-1150 calories- 287 grams
fat- 690-cals -77g
carbs-460cals- 115 grams
cardio in morning and weight training 5X a week.
all fats from healthy sources.
carbs- 25g dextrose after morning cardio. 20g dextrose pre weight training, 50 g dextrose after weight training, one hr post weight training 20g complex carbs.
currently on clen. tell me if anyone has tried something similar because I've been stuck at 9% for some time now

Well you seem like you know what you're doing, if anything i would say up the cardio a bit. Other than that all else seems in order.
