Update time: it's been two and a half weeks since the first pin, today I did shoulders and the pump was intense, I felt like my skin was going to rip. I weighed in at 215 lbs today and noticed I am holding less water than the previous two weeks.
The strength is still climbing at a crazy pace, for example seated DB presses pre cycle was 4 working sets at 75 lbs, today I warmed up with 70 lbs DB's and did 5 working sets of 90lbs for 8-10 reps no spotter.
I am sleeping better and the slight Tren cough is gone, my mental state is up, more and more confident but temper is shorter and feeling more aggressive.
Short term goal is to be at 218 lbs for next pics at week 4 and drop 1% BF from last pics.
