what point in your 2 week cycle are you at? you know that your beta2 get downregulated after about 18 days right? if youre still waving up i would do 120, if your toward the end i wouldnt bother. listen to your body it will tell you whats best for you
I'm on a clen cycle as well and had planned on going hiking this weekend, a lot of incline, cardio intensive romping. It would probably be inadvisable to take a dose before going out there, right?
I don't see why not. Just don't overdoo your matienience dose. Use good judgement, and see how you are feeling. I always feel dosing tht way helps a lot better than regimented dosing. (IMO)
But regimented dosing should be followed as a default standard primer regardless. I also use this theory on my training as well. I have the same schedule, but never "all" of the same exercise movements in a workout following another, of tht same bodypart trained.
i'd hit the 120 then. with the stuff i use the results are in the 120+ range for me
i'd save the ephedra for when youre in a 2 week off from clen. you can hit your beta3's when ephedrine all the time, but youve only got so much time to work on your b2s before they downregulate. i'd stick with the clen @120
