I always still have diet drinks with my cheat meals, it seems silly. But: 1. I don't like sugar soda anymore since I used to diet, I don't need the surge in blood sugar even though it is a cheat meal.
The cheat meals have enough calories, i don't need the empty calories from the soda.
I know some people must look and laugh, but oh-well. I ain't no fat ass, so keep snickering...
