Worked out last night and woke up in the middle of the night with dark tea colored urine which hasn't cleared up. Been lifting for years and never seen this. Read runners sometimes have this happen after a marathon. Going to call my doctor today but just wondered if anyone else has experienced this. I have been natural for the past few years and only use creatine and protein.
