Most people take preworkout stims before they work out, but ive been experimenting with food. so far 2 scoops of yogurt a banana and 3 raw eggs with a couple of glasses of water work wonders for me. whats your favorite non sup preworkout meal?
Mines pretty much the same as yours except its half a banana (potassium sensitivity) my yogurt has granola (sp?) And I put a tiwst of lime or lemon what ever is around on the raw eggs. It works great for me when I am going to do cardio to give me energy with out the I am full feeling.
