I'm trying to cycle them 5 off 2 on. I'm VERY new to carb cycling. I find it best to do this during the weekend and first part of the week. During the later part of the week I get so hungry and tired I need some carbs.
i usually eat some complex carbs in the morning (ie. Oatmeal), then extremly low carbs throughout the rest of the day, then maybe 1 day a week ill carb up, but still keep em low-glycemic
