This was a problem I was encountering with my training. I can only go to the gym 1x a day And it’s usually at 9am. I usually have breakfast head to the gym then do warmup cardio followed by my weight training followed by 20 mins of moderate cardio.
After that I have school. So I unfortunately can’t train 2x a day. Will cardarine be ok still?
Or will I just do 20mg in the morning before I head to the gym?
