15 mins preworkout light jogging
- Cable biceps curl 100lbs up 20lbs 3x12
- Cable isolated tricep extensions (lateral head) 40lbs 3x13
- Extension dbs 10lbs 3x15
- Flexion dbs 10lbs 3x15
- DB Spider Curls (short head) 25lbs 2x15 drop set 10lbs 1x25
- Overhead straight bar tricep extensions 70lbs up 10lbs 2x12 drop set 50lbs 1x
- Reverse curls 50lbs up 10lbs 3x12
- Deviation 50lbs up 10lbs 3x15
- Suppination/pronation 15lbs up 5lbs 3x15
20 mins stairclimber
I cut back the volume on my arm/forearm workout as you guys recommended. Didn’t feel like I got as good as an arm pump.
