well....... maybe its just a quinky dink that all of these skinny guys are just training using the powerfactor method of training. u know, lifting heavier than normal weight in your strongest range of motion. naaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!!
heres a tip, unless the guy can already full rep squat 405 and he is just using it for partial, he is kidding himself.
beacuase i do this sometimes, but i do it with 900lbs on the bar.
oh well, i wonder if i would be a god to them??
