Same thing happened to me friday through sunday. Odd. And i have been good 5 weeks straight. Just get back into it. Dieting is a long, difficult process; don't make it any harder or longer then it is by creating these cheat days. Every 1 cheat day equals a loss of 3 hard working days. Just keep going. Eat fruits, such as blueberries, mangonberries, blackberries to satisfy your hunger. Use unsweetened cocoa, vanilla powder, nonfat milk, and stevia in your protein shakes, tastes just like chocolate milk. Make a cheat day after 6 consecutive days you dieted correcty and go all out on that day. Reward and relive youself after your hardwork, and get back into it again.
Sometimes when i crave something. Like chocolate chip cookies, (sorry for saying that) i look at them. I approach them. I smell them deeply, sometimes just the smell of them satisfies me. Then i would look at them and I think to myself, "that sugar is going to make me sick later, all that processed junk, they made that shit in a factory, its all chemicals. Im stronger then this. Am I a little kid? I got control"
