Any guess at my bodyfat? And where to go from here?

i also agree that you are in the 22%ish range.

Lift heavy and intense, it makes your body release hormones to build the muscle back up bigger. in other words, it sends out growth hormone into your body. this in turn will also burn fat. do this with cardio and you will lean up nicely with time.

All this feedback has been great.

I think I have alot more cutting to do as I want to be at least under 20% B/F.

Point noted about the heavy weights though, a lot of my friends state that I should lift for inbetween 15-25 reps, I tell them bullshit.

I am going to start training everyday now probably. Even If I don't make much gains strength wise I'm certainly going to push it everytime. Is it worth doing training that puts my target heart rate above 161?

damn, if you can hit 161 bpm lifting weights that is seriously intense. i don't thin anybody with a proper working heart would get their heart rate that high while lifting weights.

your friend are dumbasses. 8-12 reps is perfect i do 10 reps a set, or atleast try. Sometimes i get 7 or 8 when going on my last set. Oh, and the weights should be coordinated that you will hit failure every set in the 8-12 rep range. this will stimulate muscle growth, if you have to srop a little weight for each subsequent set to hit 8 reps at failure, then do so.

higher reps won't burn fat. cardio and diet burns fat.

sorry for any confusion mate, 161 is my target heart rate for a elliptical (crosstrainer) that i've been doing for half hours recently.

I'm agreeing with you about the high reps man, that's flex magazine bullshit :P

got a few more pics on the road to you people helping me get where I want to go:

The average of what you lot are saying so far is round about 22%, after a little bit of research online i've decided my goal is probably 14-18%

I'M GOING TO ACHIEVE THIS!

I've been posting on here for a while now and consequently my lifting knowledge is pretty good, along with my knowledge of diet and supps.

Do any of you think I have an issue with gyno from puberty? Or is it fat that will eventually leave me?
I want to post on here in 6 months time looking great (moles and stretch marks included :P)

lol you call those stretch marks? I was 5 foot in the 6th grade and 6 foot in the seventh. My back looks like the victim of multiple pitbull attacks.

Thighs, knees, shoulders, biceps, elbow joint, stomach, back, chest, armpits. And I'm 9% body fat -_- Although ALOT of it has faded, you can still see it when my skin is stretched.
