Achey Shoulders

I just started pumpin again, after a year break due to a back injury. Anyway my strength is going through the roof, Ive only been lifting 2 weeks, and Im benching 275lbs@155lbs bodyweight. Im getting bigger as well, but my damn shoulders are killing me, Im taking a MSM, glucosamine, chondritin supplement as well as lots of Vit. C and about 170grams of protein a day. Could this just be pain from starting out? Also I only lift each body part once a week, so I get lots of rest.
 
All that stuff you are taking will just mask the pain. It will not solve the problem. Shoulders are a very delicate region. Once you hurt them it is hell to fix them. It could be that you are just sore from starting out or it could be you have some other kind of shoulder problem. I wouldnt do anykind of behind the neck work since that adds a lot of stress to you shoulder joints. Go see a doctor just to be sure that you shoulders are ok. I had shoulder pain an started doing physical therapy which helped a huge amount, now I am completely pain free. Good Luck.
 
I would try to take it a little slower for a few weeks and make sure your not doing anything that could comprimise your shoulders. Stick with the supps cause they should help out a little and make sure your stretching out and warming up well before you train.
 
go to the doc,,,,,,,,anti inflamitories and muscle relaxers.......just got back from mine today.
