I just started pumpin again, after a year break due to a back injury. Anyway my strength is going through the roof, Ive only been lifting 2 weeks, and Im benching 275lbs@155lbs bodyweight. Im getting bigger as well, but my damn shoulders are killing me, Im taking a MSM, glucosamine, chondritin supplement as well as lots of Vit. C and about 170grams of protein a day. Could this just be pain from starting out? Also I only lift each body part once a week, so I get lots of rest.
