a quick igf diet question

Thom

New member
gonna start a new igf cycle tomorrow (not my first, and DEFINATELY not my last).
but anyways. say im working out at 0800pm, and about 0930pm I inject the igf along with the regular PWO shake (first fast carbs, then whey some later)
one hour after that I eat a meal consisting of slow carbs (some fat but not much) and protein. Then I hit the sack. 2-3 hours later I get up and drink a proteinshake (80% kasein). If I should add either some good fat or some slow carbs to this shake.. what would be best, and why?

Nevermind the danger of me going hypoglycemic (if there are any at all.. I'm experienced enough to know that that wont happen. so dont even bother to comment it please)

Keep in mind that I'm on tren/test prop, and my goal is, like always, add muscle and preferably loose fat.

thanks
thom

You are not going to go hypo on Igf...depending on what your goals are...if you are wanting to gain size, you need to consume a shitload of calories....If you are just wanting to get cut, I feel sorry for you bro....this shit is going to make you one HUNGRY mofo....My first experience with Igf made me fat the first 2 weeks...on week 3 is when the magic kicks in...all of a sudden almost overnight, my abs were ripped again and all the fat was completely shed away....it is okay with igf to splurge and eat the stuff you've been afraid to eat....trust me, at the end of your cycle, you will not look like a slob....EAT EAT EAt.

uhm
As I said it's not the first time using IGF. It's my 5th cycle!
And I also said that I wont go hypo.
I'm just simply wondering what's best to consume.. good fat or slow carbs with my night proteinshake....

come on bros
what would you choose consuming with a night proteinshake?
small amount of slow carbs (like an apple, or some veggies) or small amout of good fat (like from nuts).
I know this may sound stupid, but I'd like to know you opinion anyway :)

thanks
