Carb - 227 g
Fat -134 g
Protein - 227g
Hard to believe I am 4 weeks in already.
Feel good. Work outs are solid. Still messing around with meals. I am more filled out. Getting stronger.
Measured biceps for fun yesterday. Each one has gone up 1/2â. Right side is back around the 16â mark at full flex no pump.
