Well then what the hell is this great method of fat loss then??? I know all about dieting and such but IMO that only takes you so far. I have carb depleted, zero carbed, you name it, high protein high fat zero carb, high protein low carb medium fat, Ive tried it all. What is the secret then Belial since you seem to know? I get to a certain point then thats it, no more fat loss.
