The best weight gainer I ever tried was ProBlend Solid Gains-- because although the carbs were high, the sugar was low (6g per 100g Carbs 60gs Protein). Trust Geoffgarst with the advice unless that weight gainer is low in sugar-- with all the running you are probably doing, the carbs will give you energy-- the sugar will only slow you down. (ie: simple carbs not as good as complex)
