workout at school. your weightlifting coach should have a program for you.
you need to bust your ass all summer to prepare for the winter season.
you have to make weight so you cannot put on dirty weight, you have to stay with LEAN MASS. i would stay in the low 140's all year, then once in season drop down into the 139 weight class. the more you workout, the stronger you will get. if you think you are underweight and can make a run at a higher weight class then put on weight from now until next year and compete in the higher weight class.
if you are looking for a secret formula then i'm sorry there isn't one. you need to bust your ass in the weight room. stay away from junk food and unfortunately if you want to compete in the lower weight class you need to do cardio to stay lean as hell. it can make a huge difference what weight class you compete in. we used to lift for about 45 minutes then we would hit the track for 45 minutes.. it did not allow us to gain big muscle mass, but when you are powerlifting in weight classes you need to stay lean and strong.. stay away from sugars, white pasta's and breads, that is important.
my best suggestion though is look at the 3 day split in my signature, that might be something for you to try. you will need to work on a lot of compound movements for PLifting. cleans, squats, jerks.. bench press. so you need to either find a gym with this type of equipment or you should train at school.. talk to your coaches, tell them you want to be on the team next season and you want to train.. he will tell you where to workout.. if your school doesn't have a gym he will tell you where you need to go off campus.
