I haven't taken a complete rest day (cardio = rest day) in months, nor have I had a postworkout drink, just to as an experiment. I just make sure to get some solid calories within the magic window (1hr) and I feel good....pretty ripped up. Not as strong as I was when I was pounding the calories, but not ill effects.....anyone else take only a few days off a month?
