why not just do some cardio in the mornings? Your body will be glycogen depleted because of sleep and there are no carbs to really burn off... but if you do that make sure it's something like walking because high intensity in the AM will burn muscle as well. If I can drop 6 pants sizes just by doing 45-60 minutes on a treadmill with no diet change then surely you could drop your fat just a little bit by maybe doing 20 -30 mins 3 times a week or so. People always forget about timing. Are you lifting weights? if so that will deplete your glycogen as well.... why not have your coffee with creamer and sugar then right after you are done... add it to your post work out when your muscles need sugar or something with a high Glycemic index to fill em back up. After looking in your gallery though i think you may have a little dysmorphia because you look good.
