I ran a comp diet for 10 weeks a few yesrs ago. I followed it to a T. The mental effort required is seriously taxing, but the results are unquestionable. I suffered some days quite a bit because I have hypoglycemia and hypersomnia. Dieting off fat with those conditions is extremely hard to deal with. Luckily I'm naturally ectomorphic as well which with a faster metabolism makes results in dieting show quicker. Once I learned how to eat big for real, I no longer was a believer in the "hard gainer" excuse. It's all about diet and how much you really want to get the results you are looking for.
