Here's my input, to be taken with a grain of salt:
1- that's incredible vascularity bro, seriously. Are you genetically very vascular? skin very thin?
2- What does your diet look like?
3- This is just my opinion but have you considered bulking? I mean you've gotten being lean and ripped to an art...why not put on some size though? just curious...
4- are you very prone to gyno? a little too much proviron + aromasin?
Hey bro... thanks for the feedback...
1. I am not even close to genetically this vascular... Its funny because when I was younger, the nurses would have trouble even getting my veins to draw blood... This is what I have developed through all of the cardio, strict diet, intense training and incorporating certain steroids and sarms... Its a combination of it all and it has just progressed...
2. My diet is very very strict on a daily basis... I never cheat... Its about 65-70 % protein, 15-20 % carbs and 5-10 % fat... Fat intake is very low and protein is high... I eat a lot of fiber as well... I will have to list a typical day for me...
3. I have considered bulking and I can easily put on 10-15 lbs. very quickly if I want... I am just not comfortable there bro... I think my next cycle I am going to go for 5-10 lbs. and try my best to keep my body fat in the 5 range... That will be something that I want to aim for... I want more upper body size but my waist to stay close to the same...
4. I am not using the proviron as an ai... Its more for extra hardening effect but slightly prone to gyno... I want to keep the estro and water very low... Aromasin has other nice benefits as well...
