Here are some updated pics from my current cruise with SARMS...

Here is what I am running

Test cyp 250 mg week
Proviron 50 mg day
S4 100 mg day
GW 20 mg day
Albtuerol 12 mg day
D-Spark
N2guard
Aromasin 12.5 mg eod

Here's my input, to be taken with a grain of salt:

1- that's incredible vascularity bro, seriously. Are you genetically very vascular? skin very thin?
2- What does your diet look like?
3- This is just my opinion but have you considered bulking? I mean you've gotten being lean and ripped to an art...why not put on some size though? just curious...
4- are you very prone to gyno? a little too much proviron + aromasin?

Hey bro... thanks for the feedback...

1. I am not even close to genetically this vascular... Its funny because when I was younger, the nurses would have trouble even getting my veins to draw blood... This is what I have developed through all of the cardio, strict diet, intense training and incorporating certain steroids and sarms... Its a combination of it all and it has just progressed...

2. My diet is very very strict on a daily basis... I never cheat... Its about 65-70 % protein, 15-20 % carbs and 5-10 % fat... Fat intake is very low and protein is high... I eat a lot of fiber as well... I will have to list a typical day for me...

3. I have considered bulking and I can easily put on 10-15 lbs. very quickly if I want... I am just not comfortable there bro... I think my next cycle I am going to go for 5-10 lbs. and try my best to keep my body fat in the 5 range... That will be something that I want to aim for... I want more upper body size but my waist to stay close to the same...

4. I am not using the proviron as an ai... Its more for extra hardening effect but slightly prone to gyno... I want to keep the estro and water very low... Aromasin has other nice benefits as well...

Great job Dylan. Talking about bulking, I remember one or two years ago you did bulk up. If I recall correctly you said that you got up to 201 lbs, but you weren't comfortable there. Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember something to that effect. Again, amazing job buddy.

You are correct bro... I was not comfortable at all... I am much happier where I am at now and I just continue to try to improve as much as I can..
 
That takes some serious dedication to stay that lean. Ive always thought working out was the easy part of attaining a good physique. I cant imagine being that dialed in into a diet

I ran a comp diet for 10 weeks a few yesrs ago. I followed it to a T. The mental effort required is seriously taxing, but the results are unquestionable. I suffered some days quite a bit because I have hypoglycemia and hypersomnia. Dieting off fat with those conditions is extremely hard to deal with. Luckily I'm naturally ectomorphic as well which with a faster metabolism makes results in dieting show quicker. Once I learned how to eat big for real, I no longer was a believer in the "hard gainer" excuse. It's all about diet and how much you really want to get the results you are looking for.

I am always dialed in bro... It's just how I am... Some days are harder than others but my motivation only grows each day... The motivation to constantly improve and to accomplish something more drives me... I am never satisfied... I feel content but I always find things to improve and I make it my mission to accomplish whatever that may be...

Couldn't agree more. Lifting is fun. Dieting on the other hand... Well, I like pizza and cake lol

I wish I could dial in my diet like you bro. I been doing this for 8 years and I still can't seem to perfect the diet my body needs. I know I'm close but just not there.

its taken me a lot of trial and error to really get it down and even now, I find things to change but I have it dialed in nicely... its good to mix things up to keep the body guessing, but you have to test it to make sure its the right thing to substitute and there is a lot that goes in to all of the guess work... its very specific to your body... its a difficult thing but it most definitely can be done...

That's a sick look Dilan, congratulations.
One thing that is killing me right now is that I never never never never thought you were an anabolic steroid user, you look way more natural than anyone on this planet.
Is there any reason that you are running a low dosed Test cycle instead of being natural?
You seem to be able to keep that size very very very easily with you own natty Test.

I was that ripped once, I lost about 15 pounds in 1 month with intermittent fasting, didn't lose an ounce of muscle (Obviously) but since I don't compete and no one cares about how ripped I am I decided to stay a 10-13% bodyfat because I feel healthy and strong that way.

thank you for the compliments and thanks for noticing steve... =) im not "big" by any means but when you see me in video and if you saw me in person, its much different than the pics you see... my pics always make me look a bit skinnier than i truly am... like i said, im not "big" but im bigger than you think... Im one of those that can put on or drop weight drastically and quickly... i work so hard to stay where im at... the aas have allowed me to get to a next level though... i always made sure i was ripped but they put me at a higher level...

as for the videos... read this sticky... it has many of my videos on it... also... if you want to be put on the ntbm mailing list, send me your email... there's a new video from me on every mailer and there's usually at least one a week...

The pictures dont really do his size justice.. the videos give a clearer indication of how big he is..

Pics are great to show vascularity but not his overall size..
