The All Natural PEANUT BUTTER DIET! by Mr.X

Hey guys... I've been on a mass diet for 3 months and have gained 33lbs.

I'm going to start cutting soon and am thinking about this diet. One thing I was wondering, how do I cut the cals? Gradually?

This is my first time cutting and I have no clue how to work things out... What should be eaten pre & post workouts and on cardio days??

also... what is "refeed"?

Thanks in advance!

Help me out here. According to this formula a 170lb person should consume 1938 calories consisting of 15 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter and an additional 121 grams of protein per day.

Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 20.2 grams
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 2.5

If I eat 6 x 2.5 tblsp of peanut butter thats 1575 cals. That only leaves me 363 cals to get 121g protein. Does anyone know of a protein shake that has only 60 cals per 20g of protein?

Anyone simular to me or have any good advice for me?

32/m 5'10" 370 lbs 52% bodyfat 61"waist 54"hip 59" flabby/manboob chest.

I just bought a few cans of Animal Pack Vitmins/mineral etc...
I also have the Nature's Best Iso pure powder 0 carb 0 fat 50 grms protein.

I guess cardio will be 30-45 mins/day 5 days/week
Some basic weight training 3/days/week

Blood Pressure is usually around 128/80

Any advice to this is greatly appreciated. :-)
God Bless

Sorry, for being a newbie, but I went to the proteinfactory website and there are a few different whey proteins.
CFM whey isolate
ION exchange whey isolate
ISO chill whey isolate
whey protein concentrate.

Which one is used on this diet???Do the flavors add any carbs?
I also just read on a site, Nature's Best ISO pure reads 0 carbs, but actually has 3 carbs/serving. Anyone know anything about that? Thanks

I don't think it matters as long as it's low carb. I've got some ON Whey Protein that is 3g carbs per serving.

I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks and it seems to be working. Although, I substitue real food like a chicken breast on occasion. To me this is no different than the Atkins diet except that it is a helluva lot easier to do if you have a busy schedule.

I started doing this as a 5'8'', 255lb fat-ass and I'm down to 247lb fat-ass. I've been lifting weights and doing cardio as well. I'm going to stick with it as long as I can stand it and keep getting results.

MK, Thanks for the reply. I was actually mistaken, only the Chocolate flavored Isopure protein powder has 3 carbs, others have 0. YAY!!!
Seems like you are doing great so far. I went to the store today and realised I would need about 1 1/4 jars of Smuckers All Natural Peanut Butter lol Dam!!!
It says I should eat 3990 cals thats alot!!! lol
Is everyone who is getting good results sticking to the recommended formula for cals etc..??
Thanks
God Bless
Dave

I know this diet works apparently but I just could not do it. The constant taste of peanut butter was driving me crazy. I did do the diet for 2 weeks straight but gave up. Oh well.
