What is 4 Jars ANPB ?

Can someone tell me in words what this it. Please don't abbreviate the words.
I'm spanish, I don't understand most english.

What is 4 Jars ANPB ?

If it is so easily to find, I'm getting it, but I need to know what it is in order to incorporate it to my nutritional plan.

what about substituting PB for cottage cheese, or maybe even doing both throughout the day plus whey?

All Natural Peanut butter diet = peanut butter not cottage cheese, so stick to what the diet is designed with.

I am about 16% body fat, and 248 pounds, six feet tall. Would a carb refeed every 10 days be best for me? If not, How often should I shoot for?

I plan to cut for about 3 or 4 months, is that too long on the ANPB diet?

What should a cardio schedule be? AM cardio five days a week on an empty stomach? What should I eat post-workout?

How safe is a workout split like this:
Staying in the 12-14 rep range, 4 sets, 2-3 excercises per muscle (group)?

Monday: chest
shoulders
tri's

Wednesday: back
bi's

friday: Legs

Is it safe to recalculate my ANPB diet numbers every week? or should I recalculate them every two weeks, or more?

The All Natural Peanut Butter Diet! By: Mr.X
A 248lb person should consume 2827 calories consisting of 21 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter and an additional 177 grams of protein per day.

Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 29.5 grams*
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 3.5
*Note: This is the additional protein provided by the whey isolate, and does not reflect the protein provided by the all natural peanut butter.
During the refeed a 248lb person should consume 3720 calories consisting of 279 grams of protein, 558 grams of carbohydrates and 41 grams of fat per day.

Six Meals Per Day(Refeed):

Protein per meal: 46.5 grams
Carbohydrates per meal: 93 grams
Fat per meal: 6.8 grams
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Does that look correct?

Just started the diet this week

So far down about 8 pounds, but its got to be water. I had a little problems with energy the first couple days but its been getting better as my body adjusts.

BobbyJenious your avatar is killing me lol

Some things that i have found to work good.

The peanut butter goes down good when you put it on celery sticks(negative cals). You can make it more portable this way too if you do it right.

Syntrax nectar whey is probably the best i have found so far. 0 fat 0 carbs, low soduim and some nutrients. tastes amazing too. Im using the apple flavor. watch out for the very cherry berry flavor. it burns my throat for some reason.

I have been replacing protein with tuna sometimes. Divide a can by 2 and each half is 15 grams of protien, 0 fat 0 carbs. it’s a bit little more filling. Add things like lemon or vinegar to the tuna. Lemon would be better because its kindof a natural diuretic, vinegar may have some carbs. Adding pepper is also a good idea.

Will keep you posted on my progress. so far this looks promising.

I am just getting back into the game and this is the perfect diet for the time being because its so easy to follow.

I have cut down a little, but in general i stopped lifting for a couple of months and ate 'normally' over the winter and part of spring. Normally means eating anything :)

i'll update if my results are worth anything

I am going to start this diet effictively from monday.
Just got some questions -
Do I consume the whey protein I have with every meal?
How often should I work out in a day (any perticular times)?

It states in the calculator that I need to consume Six Meals Per Day:

Additional whey protein per meal: 16.8 grams*
Tablespoons of all natural peanut butter per meal: 2
During the refeed a 142lb person should consume 2130 calories consisting of 160 grams of protein, 320 grams of carbohydrates and 24 grams of fat per day.
(what is it meant by refeed?)

Six Meals Per Day(Refeed):

Protein per meal: 26.7 grams ( Does the 26.7g include the whey protein whith each meal?)
Carbohydrates per meal: 53.3 grams
Fat per meal: 4 grams

Finally what should I consume for breakfast to = the amount of protein I require per meal?
