Ok After reading this topic Ive just gained a huge amount of interest in this diet..question - for my lunch at school would I be able to maybe eat a PB sandwich to make up for the fact that i dont really want to take the jar with me? Im guessing it might add to much in carbs but on the other hand I cant just starve in school you know...any kind of fill ins for that?
 
Anyone know any good sites were you can buy ANPB over internet.
They must shipp to european countries , esp. sweden.

Can you eat whatever type of protein you like?
Like tunafish and chicken?
I not a very big fan of proteinpowder.

Also it was brought up before, but when do you start redoing your calculations? Say you dropped 20 lbs, wouldn't your intake have to change also?
 
My personal opinion would be no since I would think it would be healthier, I too prefer just the plain stuff without the salt and thats what I've been eating.
 
I've went and bought the multi-vitamens and i get
vit a= 10,000iu
vit c= 90mg
vit e= 25iu
vit d= 400iu
calcium= 175mg
Now when i go a buy the seperate vitamens how much should they have????

***Nevermind it gonna cost way too much for me with protein costs to go on this diet

I think it was recalculated every week, if I remeber correctly.
Down 23 lbs since Feb 3 and don't plan on stopping for awhile.

i thought i'd try this diet out.. i'm on my first day and just now relized that i will be getting too many cals. my protein shake (Nature's best perfect zero carb isopure) has 200 cals and 50g of pro per serving. This diet says i need 3705 cals, 28 tablespoons of anpb, and 232g of pro per day. (i weigh 325, 6' tall, 20yld)
with everything added up i would get a total of
200(shake cals)x 6 meals = 1200 + (entire jar of anpb (28 tbs)) 2520 = 4140 total cals
50(shake pro)x 6 meals = 300 + (entire jar of anpb) 48 = 348 total pro
that much pro is great but too many cals. need alittle advice to get that down
(along with this diet i'm doing 25mins of cardo twice a day for 4 days a week so not sure i should be worring extra cals since all the cardo)
