i thought i'd try this diet out.. i'm on my first day and just now relized that i will be getting too many cals. my protein shake (Nature's best perfect zero carb isopure) has 200 cals and 50g of pro per serving. This diet says i need 3705 cals, 28 tablespoons of anpb, and 232g of pro per day. (i weigh 325, 6' tall, 20yld)
with everything added up i would get a total of
200(shake cals)x 6 meals = 1200 + (entire jar of anpb (28 tbs)) 2520 = 4140 total cals
50(shake pro)x 6 meals = 300 + (entire jar of anpb) 48 = 348 total pro
that much pro is great but too many cals. need alittle advice to get that down
(along with this diet i'm doing 25mins of cardo twice a day for 4 days a week so not sure i should be worring extra cals since all the cardo)
