The All Natural PEANUT BUTTER DIET! by Mr.X

With all do respect, I think you need to read the post again with a little more attention to detail..

he said you could replace the ANPB with just nuts but it would be very hard to measure and he doesn't recommend it because of that..

There is a link to a calculator you can use to figure out how much protein and how much PB each day.

Eating a whole can of nuts would be bad, but having a serving isn't.

The vitamins you need for the diet are listed further down the first page. yep you need more than a multi

good luck!

Im assuming it would be OK to throw some yohimburn in the mix?

of course mang, I use it

anyways, and update from me

been on anpb diet for about 9 days, Im down 5-6 lbs, I havent done cardio or lifted due to work schedule and injury, I have thrown in a few different meals, one time chinese beef and broccilli, a few chicken breasts, some macadamia nuts, beef sticks, but have basically had 6 shakes a day, its not as bad as youd think, but Ive never been so hungry eating so many calories

just wait till I throw in T3, Clen, EQ, cardio, and lifting back into the mix

Been at it for 2 wks, down 8 lbs.
I like it. Don't get hungry as long as I eat on schedule.
Refeed today.
Could the different food give me a headache?

Later

I've been on this since the 16th and as of today the 21st i'm down 8lbs. Picked up some ketosis piss test and measured at the very end "dark purple" hehe. Going to refeed on the 29th since my bodyfat 31%. Down from 47% in november.

I weigh 223 right now, 86 days a go a weighed 285, I'm going to try to make it to 190-185 with 14% BF in about 56 days. Dunno if its possible or not.

Before I took an ECA stack but decided to change it up to taking Lipo 2 pills 3 times a day and monday I will start the T-Rex.

I do cardio for an hour a day at target heart rate and lift later in the day.

I added weights into my workout and I broke it up to mon-chest/bis/forearms, tues-cardiox 2 , wed-legs, thur-cardio x 2, fri-shoulders/tri, sat-back/traps and then on sunday I mountainbike on sunday for like 2 hours .

I'm trying to get some Anavar but no luck so far, I want to do a 6 Week cycle to ensure my goal, but not sure if its necessary. I'm trying to add 10lbs of muscle in those 56days as well.

I don't mind the peanut butter and protien much because I want this fucking fat off me and the ends will justify the means. If anyone has any tips about what I'm doing pass em one. Thanks MR.X !

Oh BTW everyone at work thinks I'm a complete psycho for eating peanut butter 24/7 LOL

I'm going to give the diet a try for a 2 weeks starting tomorrow just to try it out. Will be doing cardio 4-5x week, weigths 3x. Also taking thermorexin & ALA. If I can drop my standard 1%bf/week (which is what I can normally lose when dieting hard), I'll consider the diet a success. Currently around 12%, but I've been as low as 8.5%.

Honestly, it sounds a little too simple, but I like the idea of eating peanutbutter all day. lol We'll see...

How long does it take for the body to go into ketosis while eating only 25 grams of carbs each day?

Dependent on how fast you 'use' up the carbs, whether you body is accustomed to the switch, if you are using any slin or other chemicle help...

Anywhere from 5 to 36 hours, i have heard 4 as fastest ever, but never for me and not very reliable source of info.
