Supplement Stack Question

Need some advice here. Going to list my supps and if you think it would be safe etc.

My Supp Stash: (will get a pic later)
Powerchews Glutamine
Powechews Creatine
Powerchews BCAA

10lb n2bm whey

There it is.
My question is I have been soo busy with work and recovering from a knee injury I have been inconsistent with the gym most of 2012.
I would go 2-4 weeks and take 2-3 weeks off. 2013 will be different and im getting ready to turn things around.

25 years old. 6'1 200 lbs Prolly 15% bf. (have upper abs definition) still very fascular and muscular looking.

I obviously think it would be dumb to start a helladrol cycle right off the bat? Do you guys agree?

I was thinking of taking
1)Reccomended dosages of powerchews bcaa/glutamine/creatine
2) N2Matrix Before Bed
3) 1 N2BM whey shake post workout (possibly 1 extra shake for a Meal replacement/snack)
4) Bridge (Was thinking of taking it before helladrol??? Advice?
5) Vitamin C Daily Dosage (1000mg a day)
6) Ruthless 3D 2 pills a day
7) Fish oil daily dosage
8) N2burn/stim/flame daily dosage (going to try to lean up and build tons of lean muscle) - preparing for helladrol
9) Gear - reccomended dosage
10) n2kts 1.5 scoops pre workout


After I run out of these supplements I think I should be at a plateau with muscle memory/strength. This is when I would do my helladrol cycle which would look like this.

1-6 helladrol 75/75/75/100/100/125
1-6 n2guard
1-6 HCGenerate
1-10 need2slin (will need to purchase this)
1-10 creatine nitrate
3-10 forma stanzol
needtoshampoo daily with shower

PCT
7-10 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
7-10 Unleashed/post cycle combo
7-10 lean xtreme

Now do you think bridge would be legit to run before this or after? I know after is better but would bridge give me that boost to be ready to take 110% advtange of helladrol.

Look it over fellas, Let me know what you think or anything I should switch.

* Might not take n2kts if its a late afternoon workout

8 and 10 i would be careful with the dosing I would say ease back into it slowly make sure you can stick with things 2 months solid of working out and getting into cycle shape.bridge I would run after your cycle and pct to bridge into being off cycle
 
Site is always slower on Sundays, and I'm guessing with the NFL playoffs going today it's been even slower. I don't know enough about the compounds to give advice. Sorry.

Glutamine before bed

Creatine before gym and after

NO!!!! You eat whole foods after workout.

No, bridge it is what it sounds like use it to bridge to your nex cyc imo

This is fine when on cyc I use 1500mg ed but am not familiar w helladrol and ph's that well

This is where you mix daa with ntkts and take supps this will gv ur body tge best advantage to use product.

Run bridge after when ur done with pct imo
 
Hey buddy...you know me, have to put my nose where it don't belong :D!!!

1) Reccomended dosages of powerchews BCAA/glutamine/creatine...BCAA inbetween meals, Creatine pre/post workout, Glutamine post workout

2) N2 Matrix Before Bed...This is fine, mix with Almond Milk trust me you will like it, even put a scoop of WTBM Rocky Road or something to give more flavor...another good blend protein is the NuBlend7 line, they have casein in them as well.

3) 1 N2BM whey shake post workout (possibly 1 extra shake for a Meal replacement/snack)...if you have to have a shake cool, if you can eat whole food better...I have a hard time swallowing food after killing it in the gym, shake immediately after...1.5 hours later whole food meal!!

4) Bridge (Was thinking of taking it before helladrol???) Advice?...take Bridge after your PCT from Helladrol cycle

5) Vitamin C Daily Dosage (1000mg a day)...I do 1500mg ED, this is fine

6) Ruthless 3D 2 pills a day...it is called 3D for a reason, you take 3 a day!!! Look at the label ;)

7) Fish oil daily dosage...Recommended dose is fine

8) N2burn/stim/flame daily dosage (going to try to lean up and build tons of lean muscle) - preparing for helladrol...leave this for after PCT of Helladrol cycle and add SARMs to your Bridge

9) Gear - reccomended dosage...3-4 pre/post workout, 2 with meals to boost protein in meal

10) N2KTS 1.5 scoops pre workout...yes use this prior to and during Helladrol cycle for PWO

1-10 creatine nitrate
3-10 forma stanzol
needtoshampoo daily with shower

PCT:

7-10 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
7-10 Unleashed/post cycle combo
7-10 lean xtreme OR Keto Burn @ Mr. Supps!!!
7-10 D-test Powerchews (3 grams)

Get some RS Transderm for your test base, look into SARMs for your Bridge, and make sure diet and training are dialed in too.
 
i like what ma posted.

you really arnt running a natty stack. your pretty much just taking alot of normal every day supps.

a natty stack or stack period would be combining a variety of difreant compounds or supps you would onlytake for a period of time. make sense?

like a natty stack would be mix matching things like:

unleashed
hcgen
test infusion
bridge
daa


theseare all supps that will help rais natty test in the body......wich would be a natty cycle. things like pre work out supps, bcaa's, fish oil, protien shakes.....there not really consitered part of the cycle.....cause more than likely you will not cycle them ,you will be taking them on a constant basis.
