i feel better this afternoon, it was a rough morning going to work and all, i had other things on my mind. I started to get my appetite back to around this afternoon.

Squat

225x5 ( easy ) ( i will get 265 next week no doubt in my mind, but definately have to work out some flexibility issues, )

also it seems my weak point is midway, i come out of the hole with a good explosion and all butthen i hit that point and i die. what is causing this???

Standing Calf Press

5 second negative 10 second hold @ bottom
Seated Calf Press

BB Lunges ( reps is each leg )

135x8x2 ( definate balance issues, or maybe just fatigue )

SLDL

Hypers BW

Side DB raises
50x8x2 each side

Hanging leg raises

again no PRs my legs are so horribly weak for some reason. I have really thick legs but it might be my height that kills my squats, honestly, sometimes i wish i was 4-5 inches shorter.

although in the winter i wasnt going below parallel either, so that could make a difference, who knows???
