I guess I forgot to post my squat workout. Went up and did 455 for 3x3. Was supposed to be a 5x5 but the different shoes made it weird. Not used to wearing heeled shoes.

It was kinda deload day well needed. It should recharge as it was very low volume day. Most likely going to stop our 4th day of the week from this point on as well to start a longer taper.

We will see what happens when the deca and NPP start building up in the system. Have had 300 deca and 150 NPP so far since Saturday. Trying to front lid it hard to get in fast. Will be settling at about 600mg per week between the two after 2'weeks.
