70g oats
150g frozen strawberries
50g whey

Meal 2
320g chicken breast
370g pumkin
50g cucumber
25g peanut butter


Meal 3
60g rice cream
150g frozen strawberries
40g whey (made into whey drizzle)


Meal 4
300g chicken breast
370g pumkin
50g cucumber
20g peanut butter
(I make my peanut butter into a satay sauce with sweetener)
This was a new style to a meal on a rest I do was amazing volume and elite taste

Meal 5 kremi
200choc coconut water
40g whey
50g frozen strawberries
that looks delicious brother

About 3kg but new lows pretty well everyday atm so we will be fine
full faith and not a doubt at all
