when you have a hardcore workout in which you feel nauseous, it's because you've subjected your body to tremendous stress. this in turn causes your body to go into a mild shock which may result in nausea, faintness, dizziness. i'm not too sure that this would be too good since a lot of cortisol is released to help out gluconeogenesis. if i ever felt that i had to puke in the gym, i'd have some carbs STAT!!!!
