please critique cycle, ruotine, and diet!!!

i've been on anavar/winny for the past 2 weeks and have seen 8 pounds put on so far. i really want to bolt down for the next 6 weeks, because hopefully thats when it will really kick in. my cycle is 80mg of anavar ed, and 50mg of winny ed for 8 weeks.

workout routine looks like this:
MON-back/bis
TUES- chest/tris
WED- off
THURS- legs
FRI- delts/traps
SAT- off
SUN-off

also do cardio 3xweeks for half hour


here is my diet:
10:00- 2 scoops protein, 3/4 cup oats, 5 egg whites
totals: 530 cals, 60 pro, 40 carbs

1:00- pure protein bar, 1 piece whole wheat w/natural peanut butter, 1 piece of chicken
totals: 600 cals, 65 pro, 34 carbs, 20fat

4:00- 1 cup rice, 2 pieces turkey, 1 scoop protein
totals: 520 cals, 72 pro, 50 carbs

7:00- meal replacement shake w/1 cup milk
totals: 350 cals, 55 pro, 17 carb

10:00- 3 scoops protein, 3/4 cup oats
totals: 500 cals, 60 pro, 34 carbs

12:00- 10 egg whites, tbs flax, 1 scoop protein
totals: 50 pro, 430 cals, 15 fat

daily totals: 3130 cals, 362 protein, 180 carbs, 55 fat.



so what do you bro's think? sorry for the long post, i just want to do this right!! let me know if there is ANYTHING that you would change. i am 6', 170, looking to add a little mass while really getting ripped!! thanks guys!!

Your results are the only information you need and from what I've seen you've done your homework

Your diet and training split look good. It's great to see someone put effort into and take nutrition seroiusly by planning out the diet...Props to you for doing what most arn't able to dedicate themselves to. I would almost add more calories, though your results are good at this point. For more mass it would be advised to up your carbs, of course from wholesome complex sources. However if this is more for cutting purposes then everything seems to be going well. Don't fix what isn't broken.
