i have about 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter/day. one in the morning and another my last meal. i dont use flax though... i like the peanut butter because of the taste over flax. just wondering if one is way better than the other, or something. should i maybe use both, or is just the peanut butter enough?? 6', 177, 8%bf. thanks!

Technically, flaxseed is considered a better quality EFA then Peanut-Butter, yet I see your case, i.e. 8%bf, as not a problematic one. In fact, you can have up to 5 tbsp. of ALL-NATURAL-PEANUT-BUTTER a day (500cal) without harming your diet; factually, you would be actually doing yourself some good by having a lot of EFA in the diet.

ANSWER: use peanut butter if you don't like flaxseed...if you can mix them, then do both

Good to see you back Mr.X!!!!:D

On this oil thing, when I make tuna, I add about 2.5 tbsp of canola oil mayo to five cans. Of that, I get roughly 3.5 meals. I also take 2tbsp of flax oil per day. I am 6'1", 223lbs, roughly 14% bf and I'm currently on a cutting diet. Is that too much oil for me? Should I take more? Less?

Thanks bro.

Not too much at all...in fact, I would recommend even higher ratios you can add about 3-4 tbsp. of canola to that tuna with actually more results to come.
