I gotta questions real quick

the thing is this im playing basketball at this junior college and basically im in school all day..

i go there at 10am and come back home around 5 which is almost right after 2 hour long pretty intense basketball practice and about 20-30 minute weightroom work out that our coach has going for us... basically its 1 minute of doing exposive work with differnt muscles.. so like 1 minute of biceps going as hard/fast as you can with weights.

anyways after I get home i have pretty big mean compared to rest of my day which consits of like either 2 turkey breasts plus some cooked cabbage or something.. like yesterday I had about 1.3lbs of meat loaf + some of this veggies and more cooked meat after that..

I do try to get about 6+ more meals a day though so its not like this is the only meal im eatin all day.

so any suggestions if im doing this right or wrong?

i personally dont take in more than 50 protien 50 carbs at once, i think 70 grams of each should be the absoulute max. IMO i think that anything more than that is stored as fat. I reccomend eating half of what you would normally eat and then eat the other half in two hours.

It's pretty unorthodox, but if you want an interesting read, check out "the warrior diet" an old fad that's pretty funny but close to what u are doing.

well I eat about 3-4 meals before practice

then the big one and then one little before 8 is the last one.

thats 6 meals..

I was also thinking not eating that much after practice and somehow eating big/more before practice...

i've tried the warrior diet principle
didn't work for me
lost weight initially then started going soft as opposed to ripped

IMO most people here and most people who look good, train hard and pro athletes will eat smaller meals evenly spaced apart and it works for the masses, if it aint broke...

its better to have your meals even in terms of nutrient content. ordinarly, having a big meal isn't a big deal, but it seems like you're lacking in your other meals, and substituting for it after practice.

well my practice is 3 hours long so I cant really eat during the practice..

here is what I do..

I eat in the morning around 8:30
then before class around 10:30 maybe 11
once the class is over I eat around 1pm

then i got practice from 2-5

I get home I down a protein shake

half hour later Im eating this so called big meal which is around 6pm

then at 8 is my last meal.

I add some fruit and protein shake sometimes to my meals too or in between. not too much though.
