Hey guys, I know traditional thinking is against eating chicken drumsticks. However, I would like to rotate it in every once in a while, after years of chicken breasts, I take any chance I can get to cycle another food in. Im just trying to get an idea of the cals, fat, protein of a baked chicken leg, with the SKIN OFF. The package says 210 cals for 2 drumsticks, however that is with skin on, and Im sure it is much better without the skin...thanks bros!!
