[FONT="]Hey guys, in the past two months or so my knees have really started giving me pain when doing certain activities. I'm making an appointment to get them checked out soon, but are there any non leg-intensive forms of cardio that I could do in the meantime? I'm about to go to the gym, so im going to try cycling and see if the no-impact will help avoid the pain, but if it doesnt i might need some ideas. Thanks.[/FONT]
