Thanks for your suggestion....I will try that out, but I have a hard time eating and drinking enough, especially drinking. I used to get sick when I drank alot of water at one time, anything more than 1 cup and it would come right back up again. I can now handle 2 cups but need at least 15 minutes to get it down and it stays down. IBS is the only stomach problem I have but water is as plain as it gets, I dont know why this used to happen. I also only have a bowel movement about 2-3 times a week, moreso 2 times. Is colon cleansing just hype, or how about hydrotherapy (enama's)?? Sorry to get a little off topic just though maybe you would know.
No is good you mentioned your bowel issues. The reason for your constipation is, dehydration and you don't get enough fiber in your diet.
In terms of water, you don't have to gulp large amounts of water, but you do need to stay hydrated. You can sip water all day. If the issue if flavor, then add a piece of lemon or orange and it taste delicious.
