New Job, need food recommendations

Alright here's the problem. For the last 6 months, I had a great job that I could stop and eat at home anytime I needed to. Now, with a promotion, I'm going to be driving outside my hometown for up to 9 hrs a day. I need some ideas of what I can pack in a cooler to take with me, and I may or may not be able to get to a microwave. Grilled chickens breasts are obvious, same with salads, chopped raw veggies, boiled eggs, fruit, nuts etc. Basically just looking for something that might taste decent, and spare me the nasty fast food diet.

Thanks in advance!

Oh, bulking diet too, so I don't really care about cal's at this point.

EDIT:
Should probably add my current meals in case anyone wants to know.

Breakfast ~6:30
4 eggs scrambled, 3 bacon, big bowl oatmeal, yogurt, banana/apple
Multi-vit, fish oil, sesapure, purecee, & cardio breeze (when needed)

After work ~5pm
Chicken breast sauteed in olive oil, 2 veggies, usually baked potato

workout 6-7 sometimes 8

PWO- 2 scoops Protein Shake + 2 scoops icecream and honey in 8oz milk

Dinner ~9:30pm
Chicken breast sauteed in olive oil, 2 veggies

I've discovered that brown rice, lightly steamed broccoli and either chicken, steak, tuna or salmon generally tastes pretty good at room temperature, particularly if you add a dab of olive oil and some fresh tomatoes.

Your breakfast is great, everything else looks like youre on a cutting diet.

Well the portions are fairly large on the veggies and whatnot, and they are cooked in butter usually. How would you recommend adding more cals to them? Baked potato has the works, cheese, bacons, sour cream, & butter.

Well, I don't think they will be even room temp though. I've taken sanitation courses, and am very leary of leaving food out in the hot car all day. It'll probably be packed in a cooler with ice. I'll precook some rice though, that can never hurt :-D. Just gotta remember my bottle of soy sauce.

Well that was what I meant, you take it out of the cooler for 15 minutes or so ahead of time, let it come up to room temp. If you're in the car and sitting in a nice sunny location you put it on the dashboard. It's what I premeasure/prepack for meals when I road trip with my husband.

In terms of sanitation, honestly, I've never had food sickness/poisoning from my own food, ever (eating out, eating other people's cooking, that's a different story). Washing and cooking it properly from the start is a big factor.

Ice Cream on a cutting diet?

Looks not bad... but add some fat in there... a few tbps of Udo's would be good in your shakes... or just have 2 in the morning, and 2 before bed...
