This diet was recommended in a bodybuilding book, it looks pretty easy to follow and wondering if you give me your opinions on it.
Meal 1 - 50g protein / 140g carbohydrates / 10g fat
3 pieces of white bread (toasted) with 1 tbsp of honey on each slice
2 scoops of optinum whey protein mixed with low fat milk
1 cup of oats
Meal 2 - 50g protein / 0g carbs / 6g fat
steak or chicken or kangaroo or turkery
Meal 3 - 50g protein / 0g carbs / 6g fat

Meal 4 - preworkout - 50g protein / 70g carbohydrates / 8g fat
1 cup of oats

1 banana
