Need new carbs

I am tired of oatmeal and whole grain cereals...and other better complex carbs out there guys that I am forgetting. Diet so far looks liek this:

Morning:

6 egg whites
40 gram whey shake
1/2 cup oatmeal
Flaxseed tablet
Multivitamin

Lunch:
1 Can Tuna 36g protein
2 pcs. 100% whole wheat toast
2 pickle slices (10 calories)
1teaspoon light mayo

Dinner:

Chicken breast
broccoli/beans

Snack:

Protein shake 40g protein

Post workout:

Creatine+Powerade=POWER (wait 15 Minutes to take protein afterwards...)
Whey w/ 16oz Skim Milk
56g protein
22g carbs/simple sugars

I just want some variations...I am gettgin bored...I went from 215-195...so I am thinknign of some new changes to get even leaner and meaner...My water is 2 gallons a day.
